Noteworthy: Memberships are non-transferrable. Photo ID is required with GardenPass Membership cards for Gardens admission. Membership benefits extend to named cardholders and where applicable, their children (or up to four grandchildren) ages 18 and under.  Benefits do not extend to Member guests. Discounts apply if Membership is active through event date.

*Complimentary Guest Tickets are valued at $16 each and may be used for one-time general admission. Tickets are not replaceable and may not be used for Members-only events. Specially ticketed events and blackout date restrictions apply. 

Our complimentary guest tickets may not be used on Peak Days. Peak Days include every Saturday and Sunday during A Longwood Christmas display and December 26-31.

Complimentary one-time use guest tickets are mailed when purchasing Memberships via the web, by mail or phone unless you specifically request they be held at will call prior to us mailing them out.  Because of the value associated with our complimentary guest tickets, we cannot accommodate requests to issue them onsite when membership is purchased via web, mail or phone.  If you purchase a Membership or renew onsite you will receive them immediately and they may be used immediately.
