Longwood serves up student-grown veggies in The Terrace Restaurant
Our Professional Gardener Students (PG students) are busy harvesting the fruits of their labor in the student vegetable garden plot on Red Lion Row. The vegetables they harvest are being featured in many menu items at The Terrace Restaurant this month! "It’s wonderful that the produce can be delivered to Longwood’s Terrace Restaurant within the hour of being picked from the field. You can’t get any fresher than that," says Sterner.
