Carillon Conference Accomodations

Accomodations have been negotiated at a reduced rate for Congress participants. Each registrant is responsible for making their own hotel reservations.

We strongly suggest you rent a car for the duration of the conference or ride with a friend.  There is no public transporatation to Longwood Gardens.  For use in the gardens proper, electric scooters are available ona  first-come basis for a fee of $15 per day.

Please do not plan your arrival on Tuesday, June 23.  Congress participants will be on a bus tour all day and evening.  If you need to register on June 23 you must do so at 8 am because the bus will leave promptly at 9 am.
