Tired of all the paper? In an effort to conserve more of our natural resources, we have created the Eco-Friendly option for our Members. Being an Eco-Friend only relates to the way in which you receive notifications and mailings from Longwood Gardens.

Eco-friendly Members receive electronic copies of Seasonal Highlights five times a year!

Enjoy our seasonal guide where we quite simply want to inform you and maybe even excite you with brief, timely information showcasing our Gardens and more. You will receive five issues via e-mail per year. Each edition corresponds to our seasonal displays and includes a full calendar of events and exhibits.

Eco-friendly Members will also receive E-renewal reminders and a special Members-only e-newsletter. Membership cards, acknowledgments, and special exclusive Members-only invites will still be sent via the mail.

As an Eco-Friend:

• You will not receive our general paper mailings, including our Seasonal Highlights newsletter. Seasonal Highlights is available online. View past editions online.
• If your email address is current and you have not opted out, you will receive e-Newsletters that will include links to our latest publications and events.
• You are responsible for keeping your email address up to date.
• Please forgive us if it takes more than a month for this change to take effect. Some mailings are already in progress when requests are made and therefore the mail is already on its way.

How Do You Become an Eco-Friend?

Members can visit our online ticketing site, log in using their Membership number and email address, then:

• Click on your name where it appears in the left-hand tool bar (it will appear in purple text)
• Click EDIT
• Select the check box for Eco-Friendly
• Click SAVE
