Get the Buzz on Bees & Bugs and Family Ice Cream Concerts

Who let the bugs out? Come to Longwood to Get the Buzz on Bees & Bugs—where families can learn about bees and beekeeping, get an up-close view of a bee's nest, participate in ladybug and insect releases and learn about beneficial insects.

The fun continues with kid-friendly Ice Cream Concerts in the historic Open Air Theatre. Savor delicious ice cream during the concert, then add to the fun with our colorful dancing fountain show on most nights, in the Main Fountain Garden, beginning at 9:15 pm.

• Golden Dragon Chinese Acrobats , award-winning acrobats from Hebei, China, June 20 at 5:00 & 7:30 pm (Please note that tickets will be required for this performance. Check back here after May 1 for more information.)
• Trout Fishing in America , Grammy-nominated duo, June 28 at 3:00 pm (Please note that tickets will be required for this performance. Check back here after May 1 for more information.The Gardens will close at 6:00 pm and there will be no illuminated fountain show on this evening.)
• Thaddeus Rex , winner of one of the National Parenting Publications Honors Award, July 5 at 7:30 pm
• Steve Pullara and His Cool Beans Band , winner of the Parents’ Choice Approved Award and the National Parenting Award Honors, August 30 at 7:30 pm
