Main Fountain Garden

May 10 through October 17
Fountains run continuously throughout the day from 9:00 am until closing. Five-minute shows delight visitors at 12:00, 2:00, and 4:00 pm.

Please note that on May 25, July 3, July 20, August 17, August 31, and September 14 the Main Fountain Garden five-minute daytime shows will not run due to set-up for Fireworks & Fountains. The Open Air Theatre will run special five-minute shows set to music hourly.

Open Air Theatre Fountains

• May 17 through October 17, 2013
  10 am, 11 am, 1 pm, 3 pm, 5 pm, and 5:55 pm
• October 18 through November 27, 2013
  10 am, 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm, 4 pm, 5 pm, 5:55 pm
• November 28, 2013 through January 12, 2014
  10 am, 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm
  After 3:30 pm, enjoy illuminated fountain shows set to holiday music every 5 minutes until closing (weather permitting)

(Please note that Open Air Theatre daytime fountain displays are sometimes canceled without advance notice because of rehearsals or stage set-ups.)

Italian Water Garden

Mid-April through mid-October
Experience a piece of Europe with this water delight that runs from 9:00 am–5:45 pm daily, and until dusk on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings during the Festival of Fountains.

Eye of Water, Waterfall, and Hillside Garden Flume

Mid-April through mid-October
These special water features run from 9:00 am–5:45 pm daily. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings during the Festival of Fountains, these features stay on continuously from 9:00 am until 9:00 pm.

Outdoor Waterlily Display (accessed via the Conservatory)

June 1–Mid-October
Tucked into a protected courtyard, this outdoor display features more than 100 types of day and night-blooming aquatic plants from all over the world. Peak bloom occurs mid-July through September (depending on weather).

Sylvan Fountain in Peirce's Park

Mid-April through mid-October
This wooded oasis runs from 9:00 am–5:00 pm daily, and until dusk on Friday and Saturday evenings. 

Peirce's Woods Brook and Example Garden Fountain in the Idea Garden

Mid-April through mid-October
Relax and be inspired at these water features that are open from 9:00 am until closing, daily.

Flower Garden Fountains

Be delighted by fountains featured throughout our outdoor gardens. These water displays run from 9:00 am-5:00 pm daily, and until dusk on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Conservatory Water Features

Year-round
Our numerous indoor water features are open from 9:00 am until closing, daily. (Please note that the indoor water features are sometimes transformed or hidden by temporary horticultural displays.)
