Information Systems Attendant

Function:

Assist with the operation of Longwood's computer network and its peripheral devices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with general desktop PC maintenance
• Instruct users on various computer programs
• Offer advice on upgrades and purchasing techniques
• Assist the Administrator with hardware and software installation.

Requirements/Expectations:

• Able to work independently
• Proficient in computer hardware, software, and network issues
• Complete required orientation and training
• Follow Longwood Gardens’ policies, procedures and standards
• Accept direction and guidance from work supervisor
• Punctual and dependable
