Leopold’s Violin
Mozart’s father’s 1680 Cremona violin now belongs to internationally known violinist Christopher Collins Lee. A delightful Mozart symphony and Mozart’s best loved melodies are a prelude to Mr. Lee’s introduction and performance of Mozart’s Third Violin Concerto.
The Kennett Symphony of Chester County is a fully professional orchestra made up of musicians from widely varying backgrounds and interests. Under the direction of Mary Woodmansee Green, the Kennett Symphony seeks to present a wide range of symphonic music at an affordable price, educate young audiences, and provide opportunities for young artists and capable musicians to perform.
