Nurturing Curiosity school programs (K-8)

Longwood Gardens' School & Youth Programs are designed to nurture student curiosity while focusing on learning.

Explore the possibilities when Arts & Humanities, Language Arts, Mathematics, Science & Technology and Social Studies are taught on location in amazing garden settings.

Tailored to grade bands K–2, 3–5, and 6-8, each program features people and places that are uniquely Longwood, while connecting to National Education Standards. These guidelines should help you ensure that the programs you select fit within your state’s curriculum and build on your classroom goals.

Programs are offered T, W, Th, F at 10:00 am and 12:00 pm, and are approximately 90 minutes in length.
