Performance Technician

Longwood Gardens is seeking a part time Performance Technician to be responsible for the set-up, operation of, and strike of sound and lighting systems in indoor and outdoor venues of various sizes on a year round basis as directed by supervisor and internal and external clients. Additional duties will include typical stage crew jobs such as moving heavy equipment, building and striking temporary stages, and some equipment maintenance. Part-time flexible work schedule for day and evening work, 365 days/year.  

Must have experience with computerized lighting systems and/or small and medium sized sound reinforcement systems (12-48 channels) and computer technologies used for public presentations.
