Longwood employs seasonal employees in all areas of the Gardens beginning as early as March for the Spring and Summer season. Hours vary by position. All seasonal employees receive free access to the Gardens, a discount at the Gardens Shop, and a discount at the Terrace Restaurant cafeteria when working. EOE.

Guest Services

Longwood Gardens, Inc., the world’s premier horticultural display garden, located in Kennett Square, PA has seasonal employment opportunities for customer focused individuals in our Guest Services Department.  Seasonal positions are available in housekeeping and ticketing.  Responsibilities will vary depending on the position, but all positions will involve working outdoors and communicating information to Longwood’s guests.  We are looking for energetic candidates who have exceptional customer service, communication and hospitality skills.  Work schedules may include weekends, evenings and holidays. Seasonal schedules run from October through January
